The Beginning

Tomorrow morning, at 7:30 AM, 80% of my stomach will be removed in a procedure called a vertical sleeve gastrectomy (commonly known as the gastric sleeve).

Over the next few months and years, I will be chronicling my weight loss experience on this blog.  I'll use it to describe my personal experience with diet, exercise, and the sleeve.  I'll also be dedicating some space to posts that will help educate people on all of the above.  It will be quite the journey, I'm sure, and I look forward to every second of it!
